Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Chaos Rush ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Chaos Rush is an endless runner game for iPhone and Apple Watch developed by Outer Limits Media. The App includes:

• Free gameplay with a daily play limit
• Optional in-app purchase to unlock unlimited plays
• Optional user accounts for leaderboards and cloud saves
• In-game virtual currency (coins) and cosmetic items

User Accounts

Account creation is optional. If you create an account:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You may not share your account with others
• You may not create multiple accounts to abuse game systems

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized modifications
• Attempt to manipulate leaderboards or game statistics
• Use offensive or inappropriate usernames
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

In-App Purchases

• The App offers a one-time purchase to unlock unlimited plays and the pro level collection
• This purchase applies to your Apple ID and works across both iPhone and Apple Watch — you do not need to buy separately on each device
• All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms
• Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law or Apple's policies
• You can restore purchases on the same Apple ID at no additional cost

Virtual Currency & Items

• Coins and items earned or purchased are virtual goods with no real-world value
• Virtual items cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the App
• We may modify virtual item availability or pricing at any time
• Virtual items may be lost if you delete your account

Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including graphics, sounds, gameplay mechanics, and code, is owned by Outer Limits Media and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Game data will never be lost
• Specific features will always be available

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outer Limits Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or virtual items.

Changes to the App

We may update, modify, or discontinue the App or any features at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Massachusetts.

Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Outer Limits Media regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
